Level 2 extends personal practice into Human Environment and shared responsibility. Using Chapters 10–11 as a guide, participants examine conditions that support Human Capacity and learn to listen, reflect, self-correct, and contribute with care. Participants who have practiced the Method personally and want to apply it in relationships, teams, businesses, or communities. Recommended: Level 1 Recognize the conditions that shape participation. Practice attentive listening and thoughtful guidance. Examine care, boundaries, repair, and stewardship. Connect individual capacities through responsible contribution. Review the environment you influence and plan a practical next step. Leave with a clearer way to notice and strengthen the environments in which people learn, work, relate, and contribute.
